Terms and Conditions for Solutions for Sellers Academy Membership

1. Membership Description

The "Solutions for Sellers Academy," offered by Solutions For Sellers, provides members with valuable training, monthly content releases, premade social media content, access to an exclusive Facebook Group, training events, guest trainers, and monthly coaching calls.

2. Trial Period Refund Policy

For customers who sign up for any trials of the membership, please note that no refunds will be issued after the trial period has ended and the membership has converted to a paid subscription. We encourage you to take full advantage of the trial period to assess the value of the membership.

3. Standard Monthly Membership Refund Policy

For customers who subscribe to the standard monthly membership (without a trial), occasionally we offer a 14-day refund period. If, within 14 days of your initial purchase, you decide that the membership does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be sent to [email protected], and we will respond to your request within 24-72 hours.

4. Monthly Renewals

For monthly membership renewals, please note the following:

• Requests to cancel your membership must be submitted prior to your monthly renewal charge. We recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 48-72 hours before your renewal date to ensure sufficient time for processing.
• Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, no refunds will be made on monthly  renewal charges. Once a monthly renewal has been processed, it is non-refundable. You will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Annual Membership Refund Policy

For customers who purchase the annual membership option, please note that there are no refunds available for special offers, including the Black Friday offer of $297.

Annual Membership Renewals

For annual membership renewals, please be aware of the following:

• We will notify annual membership holders via email at least 14 days prior to their membership renewal charge date. This notification will serve as a reminder of the upcoming renewal. However, due to the fact we have some members unsubscribe from being emailed, we cannot guarantee you will receive the reminder email from us. So we suggest setting a reminder on your phone and keeping a proper log of your subscription history and processing date so you can anticipate future payments.
• Requests to cancel an annual membership account must be received prior to the annual payment going through. We recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 72 hours before the renewal date to ensure sufficient time for processing.
• Once an annual membership renewal has been processed, it is non-refundable. Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, no refunds will be issued on annual membership renewals.

7. Grandfathered Plans

We have valued customers who are currently on grandfathered monthly and annual plans priced at $20/month and $240/year, respectively, from our prior pricing structure. Please be aware that if you cancel your grandfathered plan, you will lose access to that plan, and it will not be available for re-subscription. Instead, you will need to sign up under our updated pricing structure.

8. Refund Process

To request a refund or cancellation, please email [email protected] with your request, including your reason for the refund. We will process your request promptly and respond within 24-72 hours.

9. Refund Limitations

Please be aware that refunds will only be issued within the specified refund period, as outlined above. After the refund period has elapsed, no refunds will be granted.
